Studio Sula Roka

The apartment is cleaned daily and kept very clean. There's no kitchen, but breakfast essentials are provided, including a Nespresso machine, a fridge, and dishes. We could walk to the small bay of Liapades in two minutes, and there's a lovely swimming beach there. The apartment is newly built, with magnificent sea views from every room. Anastasia is a very nice landlady, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The view was beautiful, but we had a tiny room, not what I'd call a studio or apartment. There wasn't a single dish, coffee maker, toaster, glass, or even coffee cup. The shower was moldy, and there were ants and ant poison. My Bluetooth earbud was stolen from the terrace.

There was no pool or restaurant, and the whole place felt neglected and extremely dirty. The cupboard had dirty dishes. When we arrived at the Liapades Beach Hotel with two other guests, we were told our rooms would be ready in 1-1.5 hours. Later, a young woman took us to the Sula Roka studio. The owner was appalled, argued with the woman who brought us there, then superficially "cleaned" the room. It was still dirty, there was no toilet paper, the towels were filthy, and the fridge was moldy. They'd presented the room as an "upgrade" and said we could decide after a day whether to stay. The next morning, the owner politely showed us the door, just as she did with the other two guests who'd arrived with us.

The views were breathtaking, and the location was so peaceful and tranquil. The staff were wonderful, and we hope to come back whenever we can. Special thanks to Sula, who welcomed Giasone, and to Jannis, Konstantinos, Theodory, Guillelmina, and Jasmine for their friendship. 😘😘😘
