The cottage was beautiful and clean, and Teo & Niki were incredibly friendly and attentive to what we needed. They were great with our two-and-a-half-year-old too. I noticed some complaints here about ants and the hosts' friendliness or attentiveness, but that doesn't match our experience at all. The cottage was kept very clean, including through the hosts' regular cleaning. There are lots of steps, as there are at the good places around here, but we thought the stay was worth every step and every penny. Thanks, Teo & Niki. We can't wait to return.

The rooms had air conditioning, and the views from the windows were lovely. Getting to the house meant tackling a very steep path. The kitchen was missing basic things, and what was provided was old, worn, and incomplete. There were also cards around the place from the owner listing various rules and prohibitions, though that wasn't a problem for us. What bothered us was the owner coming in to clean while we were out without telling us first. Cleaning would have been fine if we'd known. She was unpleasant to deal with, and communication was difficult. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had an idyllic stay in the lime-green duplex villa on the hills above the picture-perfect bay at Paleokastritsa. Our top-floor room was spotless, and the views were hard to match. Thank you, Teo & Niki.

The flat was lovely, the view was amazing, and the hospitality was great. Just be ready for lots of stairs.
