Friendly service, a good location, and everything was good!

The studio has plenty of space, with two single beds pushed together, a kitchenette and a little balcony. But we had trouble figuring out where to check in until someone came out to show us the apartment. We turned to ask something after opening the door and she had already disappeared. We waited hours to find out if the fridge worked, since its inside light was out. Showering left the toilet and sink flooded, and even a curtain would have helped. The wind made a door between our room and another room, or what seemed to be a door, bang loudly all night, so we barely slept. A few extra euros spent on the place could have made this a very different stay.

There was Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a small balcony and a kitchen, but the room itself felt very old and plain. I couldn't sleep that night. The bed was uncomfortable, and a door behind the closet leading to another room kept making an irritating noise. The bathroom wasn't comfortable to shower in either.

We booked through viamare and travel family, and stayed in room 9. The beds were comfortable, and it was peaceful there, even though the walk to the center is a bit far and uphill. The room has a fridge, kitchenette, toilet and bathroom, as is usual in Crete. We also liked having a balcony to relax on.
