Kappa Resort

The villa’s many stairs didn’t feel safe for children. Apart from that, we had an amazing time at Kappa resort. The pool was very clean, and the private beach was quiet and convenient, so we spent a full day there. Yanis the lifeguard gave us great tips and luxury service. The staff were polite and very kind, and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and generous.

We were very happy with our spacious room, which had two floors, a large two-level terrace, a stunning Mediterranean Sea view, and quick access to the shared pool. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant. We arrived late after a flight into Thessaloniki and picking up our rental car, but someone was still waiting for us. They’d left delicious sandwiches and chips in the room, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options, and we were satisfied with dinner at the hotel on all three of the six nights we ate there. The staff were friendly, including the approachable General Manager, and everyone made sure we had a great stay. We’d be glad to return to Kappa Resort.

We had a great view from our clean room, and the staff were lovely 😀 The restaurant’s a la carte menu was delicious, and breakfast offered lots of quality choices.

We stayed 10 nights at Kappa, a family of four with 8-year-old kids. The staff were outstanding, super friendly throughout, and the customer service deserves 10/10. We had a great three-floor suite with a beautiful sea view, and sunbeds at the beach were included. Breakfast was good with lots of options, though I did miss some cupped fruit like watermelon. The views were fantastic and it felt like great value for money, with people who really tried to make a difference. You’ll need a car, since restaurants and other points of interest are a bit far away. Being so near the woods meant lots of insects: we got many bug and mosquito bites sitting by the shared pool in the day and outside in the evenings, and there were a LOT of ants around the pool and on the terrace. We also had some hot water and water pressure problems, including 2-3 days in a row without hot water in the shower. I didn’t complain, since a cold shower after a warm day can be refreshing. We couldn’t bring our own drinks to the beach sunbeds, probably due to regulations, which I understand. We’d have been happy to buy from the hotel, but there’s no beach bar or menu, and it isn’t really set up for beach service. With prices higher than the poshest beach clubs nearby and a 20-minute wait for a beer, it wasn’t a good deal. The next-door beach bar has beer for half the price.
