Terra Olivia Luxury Villas and Suites

The private pool and magnificent sea view were outstanding, and the service was excellent. Breakfast could have had more variety. We found the hotel stunning and would recommend it if you’re after peace and relaxation. Our holiday was marred by the Romanian neighbors in the next cottage, who were very loud day and night. If you want to make noise, please choose somewhere else and show respect for yourself and the other guests.

The sunrise from the upstairs bedroom was pure peace: the sea in the distance, with soft colors across the morning sky, like a movie scene. We stayed five days as a family at Terra Olivia Luxury Villas in Paliouri, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Our private villa had a pool, modern design, serene surroundings, and the kind of comfort that made us feel at home. From our arrival, the staff were warm and attentive, everything was clean, and breakfast was delicious. If I had one small suggestion, a door on the second-floor bedroom would be the cherry on top. Even without one, our stay was simply perfect. Can’t wait to return. Thank you, Terra Olivia, for an unforgettable stay.

You’ll need to drive into the nearby town, since there isn’t a proper footpath, but it’s a cozy, lovely place. Breakfast could also offer a little more. We still had a very relaxing week here as a family, staying in a villa with a pool. The villas are new, comfortable, nicely furnished, and very clean. The friendly staff cleaned every day and replenished basics like towels. The view is stunning, and it’s especially nice with kids: they can play in the pool while you enjoy it. Very pleasant accommodation, and absolutely recommended.

For a sailing outing, we booked BabaSails and had a fabulous time with Markos as skipper. We stopped to swim, snorkel, and use their SUP. We paid for an extra hour to have lunch at Panos, a seafood restaurant, and Markos made the reservation. The food was delicious. Irene from guest relations was amazing, patiently answering all my questions and sharing recommendations for local spots and the excursions we wanted to do. We stayed as a family of four in a spacious, modern, clean villa with a private pool. The pool was cleaned every morning, and the cleaners did a great job each day. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options, plus pastries, cakes, juice, tea, and coffee. The breakfast team kept checking that there was enough food and variety. One woman whose name I didn’t get chatted with us each morning, put small coffee plates by the tables to help keep wasps away, and suggested places to visit. I’d recommend hiring a car. The village and local shops aren’t far, but walking around in the heat would be a workout. There are restaurants for grilled meat and seafood, pizza, gyros, a bakery, gift shops, and a supermarket. Many thanks to Irene and the breakfast ladies. We had a fabulous stay at Terra Olivia and would definitely stay again if we return to the area.
