The breakfasts were a real treat, with a new daily selection of regional foods, many vegetarian. Nearby you can find great restaurants and beaches, plus a scenic trekking route that's lovely for sunset watching. The team were professional and genuinely friendly. We had a wonderful stay in a peaceful place with a warm feel, like visiting a Greek family villa with a pool and beautiful garden.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was really amazing. We had a very pleasant stay at Z Boutique Hotel and appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. We highly recommend it!

The hostesses are what really make you feel like you've experienced "Crete". Their dedication, care, and genuine interest in guests made us feel at home. The place is tucked away in the narrow streets of Panormo, but through the door there's a fantastic interior, where authenticity and modern accents fit together seamlessly. Light colors, hidden corners, and a beautiful garden make for a wonderful stay.

Our room, Silene, was beautiful and comfortable, and the team were wonderfully accommodating when our ferry delay meant a late check-in. Nikki, Julia, and the cleaning staff were always kind and welcoming. Their friendliness and kindness stood out most of all, and we got excellent suggestions for activities, local restaurants, and beaches. Breakfast was delicious, with something new to try each of our four days. They even put together a boxed breakfast for us to take when we checked out extra early on our last day. Highly, highly recommended!
