Roxani Residential Complex

We stayed at Roxani Residential in apartment M4 from June 23rd to June 29th, 2025. The apartment was about 250 meters from the main road and beach, and we really liked how quiet and peaceful that made it. Inside, it had everything we needed. Each room had air conditioning, and our unit had two bathrooms, a dishwasher, a spacious fridge, a washing machine, and a large terrace out front. I can’t say whether the other apartments have two bathrooms. There was also a parking spot right outside. A microwave might be a useful addition, though we heated our child’s food in the electric oven. The streets leading to the complex were narrow, unpaved, and bumpy. With so many tourists visiting and new accommodations going up across the expanding area, I think the local authorities could improve things by paving the roads and considering the revenue the area brings to the local budget. It would also be better if every apartment had its own assigned parking spot. Otherwise, another guest might park in front of your unit and leave their engine running under your window. All in all, we had an enjoyable, successful vacation. 5 Star recomended !
