Apartments Stavros

The owner is friendly, and there's parking around the villa where you can find a free spot. The place was recently renovated and quite clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils are modest and minimal, but there's something for everyone. My only complaint is that shower towels aren't provided, not even for an extra charge. We'll come again in 2026.☺️

The terrace is large, and the villa is well located, away from the crowds but near the center and beach. It's very clean, with new furniture, and the bedding was changed on our fifth day. Each room has a TV, and the internet worked well even with the villa full. The kitchen has the basics, though there are no dining-room chairs, so we had to bring the plastic ones in from the terrace. If we visit Paralia again, we'll choose Villa Stavros.

The third floor without an elevator made carrying suitcases difficult, and there were no towels, so bring your own. The bathroom could use more hooks or shelves. It would also have been nice to have a shower while waiting for the bus home, or the option to stay in the room through the last day for an extra charge. The agency from Serbia said the villa doesn't have or offer towels. If the villa says otherwise, show the contract with that agency. No one offered us towels when we arrived, even for a fee. Some villas in Paralia used to offer showers, though not all. I gave it four stars because I wasn't saying the owner or the villa were bad.

We called one of their staff, who said someone would come to unlock the apartment. Nobody showed up for more than 2 and a half hours.
