Giannoulis Hotel

The rest of the team still deserves 10/10. They've always been warm, respectful, and welcoming on my visits, and I want to thank them for their service. But this holiday brought two really unpleasant encounters that left a bitter taste. A man, supposedly the manager of the beach sunbeds and around his 50s, spoke to me harshly and rudely when I had a small snack because of a blood sugar medical issue, and again when we had essentials for my little niece. His behavior felt aggressive and unprofessional, with clear racist undertones. I've never experienced that in all my years in Greece, including previous stays at this same hotel. I'd give him 1 out of 100,000. If Giannoulis wants to keep its great reputation, he shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. The Giannoulis team as a whole has given me a wonderful experience every other time.

Getting to the shore was easy, just a short walk from the hotel, and the location made it simple to pop down to the beach whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with everything well maintained and a relaxing feel after a sunny day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They made the whole stay feel special, from check-in through checkout. A lovely choice for a relaxing beach break, with great service and accommodations.

The beach is very good, and the hotel is in a peaceful, quiet spot. It's easy to find and suitable for children. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Georgia at reception was especially kind and helpful.

We had a sea and mountain view from our room, and the kids could play outside in the garden and pool. There are lots of sunbeds on the beach, and the guys are always happy to bring extra umbrellas. The staff were so kind, and the housekeepers were amazing. They helped me sort the kids' clothes every day and kept our room clean. Breakfast was delicious and decent, though it was almost the same each day. I recommend it!
