We were three people in a studio with a double bed and sofa bed, and it was great value for that time of year. The location is excellent, on the southern side of Paralia and literally half a block from the beach. In this small beach town, everything is walkable. Parking in front of the villa was free in the non-peak season. The studio had a good sized balcony with a table and chairs, a mini fridge with a small freezer, and a kitchenette with a stovetop but no oven. There were utensils and some pots and pans, though a spatula and soup ladle were missing. We managed, and maybe they'll add them in the future. The A/C/Heating worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with one small inconvenience: there was no shower curtain, so water got onto the floor. A small squeegee to direct it to the drain would have helped. We managed using our towels and the mop in the apartment.

Our pet loved it too, and we all had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with a balcony, and the host was helpful. It’s also close to the beach, which made the location great for a family trip.

That huge balcony was a real plus, and the kitchen had what we needed. Vila Zoi is right by the sea, with groceries below and shops all around. The place was air-conditioned, and housekeeping came every second day, always leaving things clean and being honest. I’m not keen on shower curtains, though, and the children’s “Game room” underneath the balcony could get a little noisy sometimes.

The beach is only 40 m away, and the place felt safe. The entrance and rooms were nice and modern, and everything was clean. The hosts were attentive, with no weirdness at all. Jasko and Amra Sweden

The beds turned out to be comfortable, which we weren’t sure about from the pictures. The bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is adequate for a holiday, and the accommodation had towels, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer. There was enough space, and the place matched its description. The host is available and willing to guide guests. Being right in the center means everything, including shops and the beach, is close. It also means quite a bit of noise. That may be an advantage or a drawback depending on the guests. It can bother people who have trouble sleeping, though our children slept fine with the terrace door shut. Accommodation I’d recommend.
