The location was good, within walking distance of central Parga, and our room had a great view of the pool. The mattresses were comfortable, and they cleaned the room almost every day. But the staff didn’t make us feel welcome. We were given our room number with no one showing us where it was, and the key had just been left in the door. My sister’s room smelled awful, like sewage, and when she raised it, they told her to leave if she didn’t like the room. They didn’t seem willing to help. Our room also wasn’t well maintained: the towels were rock hard, the kitchen wall was cracked, and half the playground equipment was broken. For what we paid, the service was poor. The hotel could improve a lot by investing in the place and treating guests more kindly.

The rooms were decent, and the location was great with good service. Even though the place was clean, there was a sewage-like smell throughout. The curtains weren’t blackout.

It was clean and close to the center of Parga, with a pool and a parking lot, though parking was crowded. The room didn’t seem to have all the basics needed for living there. Adding some basic amenities would make the hotel better.

The gardens are well looked after, and the staff are pleasant and keep a low profile. Our room was large, with lovely views over the hills and olive groves. It’s about a 20-minute walk into the center of the resort.

It’s a good place to stay, but not great if you need to work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly in my room and only seemed to reach the balcony, so I had to use the 4G signal.
