The management’s attitude made a bad stay even worse. When we raised the problems, they argued and told us to leave for another hotel. Their website said sunbeds were free for guests, which helped convince me to book, but we were asked to pay 25€ for one and spend another 20€ per person on food or drinks. It felt like a scam. We ended up cancelling and finding last-minute accommodation. If you want a relaxing stay, look elsewhere. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in these conditions. Our room was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was dirty, with insects everywhere, including in the bed, plus cockroaches, spiders, and cobwebs. The mattress had stains and bugs on it. The shower leaked, the drains were blocked, and the fridge leaked too. There were stains and damp damage on the walls, and no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Everyone working there was welcoming, and we had a great time, from the service and food to the people. We spent a few days here and everything was perfect. A lovely place to enjoy summer.

We felt like celebrities here, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Vasja and Nancy served cappuccinos, orange juice, fried eggs, feta, and fresh fruit with such warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious and spotless, there’s a small bar, and the friendly staff were ready to help with anything we asked for. Varvara, Maria, Vasja, Nancy, and Genci made our vacation special with their smiles and constant help. A special thank you to Maria(Luljeta), the girl from Korça(Albania ), who spoke Greek, Albanian and English as her own languages. She was adorable, very professional, and always ready to help. We’ll remember this vacation for a long time. Anyone who comes here will be lucky to have this experience.

Valtos beach is in a great spot, and the beach itself is lovely. The sunbeds are comfortable, and the people are nice. Two beds with a parasol cost 8€. The restaurant food is delicious, definitely worth trying.
