We've stayed here three times, and it never gets boring. To me, it's the most beautiful apartment in the whole city 🥹 The hosts are unbelievably friendly, and Mihael is such a caring person. Each morning you can have breakfast on the balcony and choose what you want. The view is breathtaking, with the whole sea right in front of you. Don't hesitate, just go! :)

The food the hosts made and served with so much love was delicious, and the pool was just right for cooling off after a hot day. The setting is very quiet, with an extraordinary sea view, and a huge garden with places to relax, walk around, or play. It was more and better than I expected. They're doing a good job there!

Villa Kallithea went beyond what I expected, and I hope to return. There's plenty of parking, and the whole property was impeccably clean. The staff were very friendly, always greeting us with smiles, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. If you want a welcoming place with stunning views, this is it. Highly recommended!

On our trip around Greece, we came across this lovely place with a great view and an amazing location. Parga center is a short five-minute drive, and Lichnos beach is three minutes away by car. Michael and Alexandra welcomed us warmly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we'd definitely recommend staying here.

There were lots of fruit trees around, and guests were allowed to eat the fruit. We also appreciated that pets were accepted, which was a big help for us. The villa is close to the city and tourist attractions, and getting to places was easy. Rooms were cleaned during our stay, and you could order food to eat at the villa. The scenery was splendid and the customer service was great. The pool was very clean, with a small one beside it for children, and there were parking spaces for guests. Each room had amazing paintings that brought the villa's atmosphere together. The property was clean and nicely decorated.
