I stayed in July 2025 and enjoyed my time here. The property was new and lovely, the front desk staff were fantastic, and I especially appreciated the shuttle to a couple of locations on the island. It’s a nice place to enjoy Paros, but what they charge didn’t quite match what they provided, and I wouldn’t go expecting a truly luxurious experience. I took off a star because, especially compared with their Santorini property where I’d stayed earlier, this didn’t feel like a true five-star hotel. My suite was very small and didn’t even have proper indoor sitting space. The service also varied quite a bit, particularly at the pool: some days I’d sit down and get water and service, other days no one checked whether I needed anything or wanted to order. Breakfast service was much the same, attentive some days and less so on others. I hope they have more staff now and are better prepared.

The hotel, including its pool, restaurant, and grounds, was beautiful. The food and service were excellent, and I enjoyed seeing the same servers each day and getting such personal attention. The room was nicely furnished, but the bedrooms and the bathroom in the King room of the two-bedroom setup were very small. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at Andronis Minois during our honeymoon, and it surpassed our expectations by a lot. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top tier, and we felt very well looked after. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and the service here is almost unmatched. A special mention to the bar staff, who were always happy to chat. It may be the only place in all of Greece where you can get a tajin rimmed cocktail. I’m writing this from a 5 star hotel in Mykonos, and we both miss Andronis Minois. 20/10, I’d give it more than five stars if I could.
