The staff really made the stay, they were so helpful and friendly. Our small room was well equipped and regularly serviced, with a harbour view. There's a Nespresso machine in the room, and the bakery on the corner makes good coffee too. The location is handy for getting around, but still quiet.

We spent five nights here from 23rd September. The location was lovely and peaceful, with a stunning view of the sea. The rooms are minimalist, with a few luxurious touches. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and Kaula kept our room spotless. Hope to see everyone again next year. Kind regards, Robert & Helen Wilson

We loved sitting on the sea-view balcony, coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. It made the stay feel special. Kokoon is stylish and spotless, just steps from the beach and port in Parikia. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Definitely book a room with a sea view, and highly recommended.

The garden view from our well-designed room was beautiful. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel is a very short walk from the beach and shops. We stayed for two nights in summer and I'd definitely come back.

A ferry delay meant we didn't arrive until 2am, but the staff stayed up to welcome us, carried our bags, and made sure we had everything for the stay. The next day, a car rental problem meant our car wouldn't be ready until 7pm. Even though we'd checked out at 10am, they kept our bags safely all day. Their care turned a potentially awful experience into something really heartwarming. The rooms are well designed and the service was outstanding. I'll certainly stay again.
