Coming back to Nick’s studios after a busy day felt like returning to a peaceful home. They’re close to everything in Parikia but tucked away from the crowds. The apartment is modern, clean, well kept, and has everything you need. Soula and Nick are like family, and I love staying here. I’d happily return again and again. Highly recommended.

Nick gave us great suggestions for things to see nearby, and was attentive throughout our stay. The studio itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. It went beyond what I expected, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Set in the heart of paroikia, this welcoming group of studios makes it easy to reach the popular sights. I especially liked having a private yard where I could sit back and enjoy a coffee.

The place was super clean, and the host was so nice. She met us when we arrived and handed over the keys, then sent us suggestions for restaurants to try and things to do around the island.

I came away feeling relaxed and mentally refreshed, and loved the sense of family connection. I hope everyone gets to feel that kind of happiness. Nikos, wishing you all the best in life. 💯
