The drainage was another worry: water wasn’t flowing properly through the pipes, and the whole apartment could have flooded. There was no hot water to speak of. They rely on a solar boiler, which wasn’t enough, and after two minutes in the shower what they called hot water was gone. It was still the same in the morning, and my Airbnb host did nothing about it. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Just five minutes from the beach and about a 20-minute walk from the city centre, the location worked well for us. The area was quiet and felt safe, away from the city centre’s bustle. The villa was beautiful and spacious, in a lovely little complex of a couple of villas. Our host was so lovely, drove us to and from the port, and went above and beyond with the service during our stay. Best holiday stay I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend paktia more.

The host is very kind and always around if you need help. The rooms are excellent, spacious, and well furnished. Great location too, close to cafes and restaurants and not far from one of Paros’s most livable beaches.

The hostess was lovely and explained all about the island and its beaches. The studios are comfortable, and the sea and Paroikia are both very close. Great place.

The sea is only a short walk away, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. I’d love to stay again!
