The hotel’s location and interior were somewhat acceptable, but the room we got was shockingly small. The website says a Deluxe Room is 23 sq m, yet ours was barely 10 sq m, at the same price. We paid 675€ for four days and couldn’t even open a suitcase properly. There are rooms that match the advertised size, and they cost the same, so promising 23 square metres and giving us this room felt like an obvious scam. It took two days and about ten trips to reception, asking the same thing each time, before they gave us the manager’s contact details. They said there wasn’t another room because everything was booked. The manager took another two hours to answer the phone and offered a pathetic discount. The cleaning was also an illusion: cleaners walked in and out, but the rooms weren’t actually cleaned. And a ghost kept unsticking the towel hooks in our bathroom. This hotel is full of magical tricks. If I wanted clownery, I’d go to a circus. It’s too late for that now.

We had no hot water for two days. We told reception, then returned from a long day of sightseeing to find there was still no hot water and no towels. The after-hours number they gave us went unanswered, and we weren’t offered any compensation for those two days. Reception was no help at all.

The staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to help us have a great vacation. It’s a new, modern hotel, very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room was cleaned every day, too. The location was nice, fairly close to the beach and beach bars, and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. It’s quiet in the evenings, which was another plus. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Greece.

I loved this hotel enough to stay twice during my visit to Paros. The beds were really comfortable, and the bright, beautiful rooms came with toiletries. WhatsApp messages were answered promptly. Room sizes do seem to vary a lot, so check the size if that matters to you.
