Paros Bay Hotel

The rooms are modern, lovely, and well equipped, and the pool and views from the hotel and most rooms are great. There’s no lift, and the property sits on its own peninsula, about a five-minute drive from the main port and town. A bus stop is nearby, along with two great beaches, one less than a five-minute walk and the other about 10-15 minutes away. From meeting reception to leaving, I had a really relaxing stay. It’s a small hotel, but perfectly formed. Giannis at the bar kept me entertained and is a real credit to the team. I used to run 4/5 star hotels in the UK, and he knows what he’s doing. Thanks to all the staff. I rarely stay at a hotel twice, but I might when I’m back in Paros. That says it all. Highly recommend. Thank you Team Paros Bay.

The reception team and everyone else were so friendly. I was happy, happy, happy. You can watch the ocean from the beautiful pool, or wander down to the little local beach for a completely different, lovely experience.

We arrived before check-in and could leave our bags in the lobby while the room was being prepared. After checkout, I realized I’d left a sweater behind and emailed the hotel. They replied within an hour and kept it for me to collect the next day. The hotel is beautiful, with striking water and mountain views, and it’s very well looked after. The staff are kind, the rooms comfortable, and the pool lovely. I’d definitely stay again.

The setting was lovely, away from the buzz of town but still convenient. The bus stop is just up the road, with quick rides to Parikia or Pounta, and you can connect to other routes from Parikia. The cliffside hotel overlooks the sea, and there’s a cold saltwater pool with umbrellas around it. More loungers might have helped, but I rarely struggled to find a seat. One night the electricity seemed to keep cutting out and a backup generator kicked in. It must have been close to my room because the noise made the whole room vibrate, and it woke me several times. The key card holder kept clicking too, apparently whenever the power reset as it tried to read the key. That was really annoying while I was trying to sleep. Still, it was a lovely stay, and I think I’d come back. The staff were all lovely, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
