The price is reasonable and the location is convenient, but the soundproofing is awful. Our neighbours were incredibly loud four times during the night and kept waking us up. I brought it up with the receptionist, but they didn’t take any action. Such a shame.

Avoid booking through Agoda. It says taxes are included, but they aren’t. Booking.com is the same price and does include them. The hotel is great, with bright, airy rooms that are nicely decorated. Sea-facing rooms are a joy.

The location is great, right on the seaside walk, close to the center and around 10 minutes by car from the port, a few kilometres away. I stayed one night while waiting for the ferry to Italy. The room was clean and had a small balcony for some fresh air. The price was reasonable, and I paid a little extra for late checkout, which is useful when the ferry leaves in the evening. Recommended.

I’ve only played bridge here, so I can’t speak to the rooms. The lobby has air conditioning, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s well placed for Patras beaches and some good restaurants nearby. The owner’s comment was fair, so I raised the rating I’d given at first. I’d taken off a star because I hadn’t stayed here. If I do stay, I may update the rating again...😁
