€70 a night is much too much for this place. The breakfast is poor, the courtyard view is awful, and the TV is very old with no internet. The bathroom's glass door is odd and inconvenient, and the toilet seat needs replacing. I'd put the value at €30-40 at most.

The location was spot on, right in the middle of the city. I loved how simple and minimal the clean room was, and the price was incredible. I was very happy with this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, and just 5 euro, which you don't hear of these days. Everyone on staff was so helpful, and the kind man at the front desk always greeted us with a smile. We'll definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you!

I stayed in the heart of Old Town Patra, close to historic sites, shops and lively restaurants, so getting around was easy. The room was spotless, cozy and nicely appointed, a great place to relax after exploring. The receptionist on the third shift really stood out. She was friendly and welcoming, gave me useful local tips and helped sort out my plans. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll come back next time I'm in Patra. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

For a 1 star hotel, it deserves a higher rating. The city centre, castle and port are all ideally close, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
