Adonis Hotel

I had to leave less than an hour after arriving, and they understood. I hadn't asked for my money back, since I hadn't used any personal items, but they refunded me anyway. I really appreciated that. The staff member who helped me that evening was kind and accommodating, and the room was clean and roomy for two. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms look good for the price, and the location is very convenient. The bathrooms are small, though, and there's no handle to keep the shower on while you're using it. I'd read reviews mentioning cockroaches; we did see them, but only as we were leaving, so it wasn't a problem for us then. Still, it wasn't nice to find out.

The biggest nuisance was the bathroom: cramped, with no shelves, though it worked and had excellent water pressure. The apartment had two rooms, so we had two terraces, both shaded throughout the day. The rooms themselves were spacious, and the kitchen had enough equipment, though a few extra small items would have helped. The location is right in the center, on the second street from the beach. Shops and bakeries are a two-minute walk away, and we parked right in front of our terrace.

The internet connection was poor in the far part of the hotel, so I'd avoid booking a room over there. The accommodation itself is decent, with studio-style units that have a bedroom and a shared bathroom. It's very close to the coast. There's a pool and cafeteria out front, and parking can be found in a few spots around town.
