Arelia Apartments

We spent an unforgettable August at Arelia Apartments. You’re right on the beachfront, with a lovely, well-kept area of sunbeds, chairs, and umbrellas and a picturesque view. The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, with every detail thought through and put together with care and respect for guests. The owners are kind and attentive, and do their best to make sure everyone has a wonderful holiday.

The hosts, Tessy and Dinos, were welcoming, responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help if we needed anything. We also loved the apartment itself: Arelia apartment is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, with quality furniture and appliances. The garden is wonderful, and the view is breathtaking. Wifi worked really well throughout the apartment and garden, and even in parts of the beach. There’s so much to see and do nearby, and after a few days we didn’t want to leave. A perfect summer holiday apartment. I’d definitely recommend it.

The hosts made the stay special. I enjoyed chatting with Dinos, who was available whenever we needed him without ever being intrusive, and I hope we can pick up those conversations next year. We’re a family of four and already hope to return then. This felt like our place in Halkidiki, peaceful and private, away from the busiest parts of Pefkohori. The sea is only steps away, so it was easy to go for a swim whenever we wanted. We spent most days on the private, secluded sun deck, with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a big tree overhead. Even at the busiest times, there were very few people on the beach. Portable sunbeds and umbrellas were provided for the beach too. The view of the sea and sky, all those shades of blue, was worth the stay by itself. We could let the kids play on the beach and in the water while keeping an eye on them from the nearby deck, which felt safe. The water was clean, warm, turquoise, and clear. We were warned about sea urchins, but they were out of reach, and after the first day we barely thought about them. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and spotless throughout the stay. The modern, light-colored, sea-themed design combined simple lines with a touch of luxury. Everything in the listing photos was accurate. The apartment was brand new and practically unused, as this was its first season. We also enjoyed the garden area in front for a quiet meal, a barbecue, or just relaxing. The grounds were lovely, with flowers and grass kept neatly watered and cut, a nice contrast to the sea just beyond.

It was a quiet place, good for a family with small kids, and the owners were polite and very helpful. The rooms were brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. There’s direct access to the water and private parking. The outdoor area was clean and well cared for too, and we took some nice photos there to remember the stay.
