The noise never lets up. Motorbikes race past constantly, and there’s a bus station just two metres from the window, along with a travel agency in the same building and some kind of scooter parking lot. The windows are extremely poor quality, so sleeping is literally impossible. Other parts of the room could be fixed for just 5-10 euros. That says enough about how little the owner cares. Very bad place.

You’re right in the center of Pefkohori, and the price for what you get is very good. The staff are friendly and really nice. The rooms have a bathroom and balcony, and the seaside beach is a fair three-minute walk away.

The location gets a plus, with the sea only 30 metres away. But it stinks everywhere, and the place wasn’t clean when we arrived. The balcony view is a joke.

I arrived yesterday with my wife and three children, and today is only our second day. I was so angry yesterday that I cried. The hygiene is zero. Everything is old and shabby, the whole building and apartment smell stale, and the apartment needs renovation. Who knows how many years it’s been since it was painted. Everything is decaying, and the children are afraid to go into the bathroom. There isn’t even a trash can, yet they expect us to carry rubbish 500 metres from the apartment. I’m giving it one star only because I can’t give zero. We’re here now, and we’re very disappointed.
