Villa Pefkohori worked really well for our family holiday with my parents, my brother, his wife, their two children and an infant. It’s about 1.5 hours from Thessaloniki airport, and the location is convenient. The hosts were easy-going and very helpful. When we arrived, they gave us local fruit and coffee, and they supported us throughout the stay. They also shared a digital map of their favorite local places. The house was spotless and well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare food for the baby. From the balcony, we could enjoy spectacular views. The nearest beach bar is within walking distance, and other picturesque beaches are a short drive away. July and August can be busy in the area, but the house itself is in a quiet spot with plenty of personal space. May and June should be calmer, with less crowded beaches. It was a very pleasant Greek holiday, and we hope to come back!

We stayed for 10 nights as three families with children and had no problems. It’s a quiet, peaceful place, and we had no trouble with security for our belongings or cars. The owners were nice, flexible and prompt. The house is well built, and the views are even better than the pictures show. The ground-floor rooms stay cooler, while the upstairs rooms are warmer, though not excessively so and they have air conditioning. Your group can choose what suits you. In an emergency, one or two people could sleep on the living-room sofa. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, including soup or a barbecue. There are lots of beaches nearby, reachable on foot or by car. Some are only 200-300m away along a path between the houses, so you can easily try different beaches.

Eliseos and family were warm, friendly hosts and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It’s a high-quality, well-equipped house in a central location, with enough room for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful family stay at villa Pefkohori. The accommodation was cosy, convenient and super clean. We spent lots of time on the terrace enjoying the beautiful sea view, and the hosts did everything they could to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We found everything we were looking for, with all the facilities you’d want in a villa. It was peaceful and private, which matters a lot to me, and close to the beach, the marketplace and other places. Thanks for being such great hosts. I highly recommend staying here.
