Kavos beach house

We stayed at Kavos Beach House for our wedding week, with the celebration next door at the beautiful Amfialos Restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a better place for such a special time, and the villa will always mean a lot to us. It's steps from the beach, a few minutes from local amenities, and right beside Amfialos, where we celebrated with beautiful views and delicious food. The house was breathtaking, stylish, spotless and fully equipped for a relaxing, luxurious stay. Waking up to the sea and those views each morning felt like a dream. We loved the private pool, spacious terrace and quiet beachfront setting. Savvas was the best host we've ever had: warm, welcoming, thoughtful and so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us that important week. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Kavos Beach House is a hidden gem, and we hope to return. Thank you, Savvas, from the bottom of our hearts!

For our party of four, the villa had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great showers and plenty of outdoor space with fabulous views. We stayed 7 nights in early October 2023 and had an amazing time. The location is stunning, with easy access to two beautiful beaches, and the villa is new and modern. Communications with Savvas were fantastic too. We look forward to visiting again.

The host gave us a warm welcome and was friendly, helpful and hospitable. The villa is modernly furnished and very comfortable, with a marvelous view. Kavos and Lee Beaches are a 3-minute walk away. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and the wifi was good. Highly recommended!

Even arriving at midnight, we were welcomed with fruit and drinks. The location was completely quiet, with a fantastic view, a whirlpool and a small beach just a 2-minute walk away.
