The location was a real plus, just a five-minute drive from the port, and I'd happily come back next time I'm on Milos. The house itself was roomy and comfortable, and the place looked gorgeous inside and out. It had everything we could need, with facilities that were hard to beat. We enjoyed our whole stay :)

The terrace gave us clear sunrise views, and at night we could see the stars. Villa Vipera is on the edge of town, but well placed for exploring the island, with beaches and lots of good restaurants about a 10-minute drive away. There was plenty of room for six, and the villa felt airy, tastefully furnished, and very well cared for. My friends and I had a great time. The reservations team was responsive from my first question through after checkout, which made everything easy. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We were so comfortable in Trivasalos, and it felt like a handy central base for seeing the rest of the island. The hospitality was wonderful. When ferry cancellations left us stuck on Milos for two extra days, they offered us the same discounted rate to stay on. We'd definitely come back next time.

Studio Vipera was spacious, peaceful, and we got a friendly welcome. But there were a lot of problems. The AC didn't work, and although they knew it couldn't be repaired during our stay because they were waiting for a special part, nothing was done and we got neither a discount nor a proper apology. Our baby was sweating all night and kept waking to a loud fan that barely helped. The floor and bathroom were dirty when we arrived, with lots of black hairs in the bathroom, and the shower didn't drain well. No toiletries were provided apart from two conditioners. The studio wasn't serviced during our three-night stay, and there wasn't even a broom. With a crawling baby, I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning the whole floor with a bathroom towel. At 100 euros a night, a large space alone isn't enough. There are better-value hotels on the island.

Eleni welcomed us promptly and shared useful information about the island and places to visit. The accommodation was beautiful and well kept, with all destinations about 5-15 minutes away. I did find ants in parts of the room, which is why I'm not giving five stars. They responded quickly and told me an extermination was done the next day. I'd still definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
