The hosts were extremely kind and available each day if we needed anything. We had a lovely terrace with a sea view and private parking. It’s only a few meters from the beach and bars, yet quiet at night. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

The location worked perfectly for us, just a two-minute walk from the beach, and the apartment was modern with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Mr. Dimitris made the stay especially lovely: he greeted us with a smile, was warm and welcoming, and kept making sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. I highly recommend this place for its friendly atmosphere and top-notch facilities.

My parents asked me to write this after I booked the apartment for them. They were pleased with everything inside and said it had all they needed to live comfortably. They also liked how the owner treated them. It’s really close to the sea. Everything was great, thanks, Dimitrios!!

Dimitris was very welcoming and friendly 🙏. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchenette, beach towels, wifi, and streaming services. It’s in a perfect location, only a few meters from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Our flight was delayed by two and a half hours, so we got to the apartment close to 11:00 p.m. Dimitrios and Anastasia met us with smiles and understanding, and they were both very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment is 30 metres from Perea Beach and has all the necessary equipment, plus Net Flix. Thank you both for such a great stay!!!
