We used this place as our base for exploring the whole island, and Argostolion was about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby Pessada Beach is a real gem within walking distance, while the supermarket is about a 30-minute walk. The area is peaceful, though traffic can get a bit heavier when the ferry from Zakinthos arrives. Our villa had a terrace looking out to the mountains, sea and Zakinthos. There are three villas in the complex, and they seem identical. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the host was happy to help if we needed anything. There was also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. During our seven-day stay, the sheets were changed once, midway through.

We've enjoyed staying here twice. The mezonetes are thoughtfully positioned for the summer sun, with a magnificent view of the open sea and Zakinthos. It's a lovely, cozy spot in the south of Kefalonia if you're after quiet, with only the sounds of the sea and wind. The hosts are responsive and professional, and clearly have plenty of experience. We highly recommend it.

We felt at home here, and already miss it. The spacious terrace was such a relaxing place to look out at the sea and take in the real feel of beautiful Kefalonia. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully set up, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. It had everything we needed, including cutlery, an iron and a clothes dryer on the terrace. The hosts were warm, kind and attentive. Two lovely beaches are about five minutes away. For the second one, go down the steps, then take the right and walk among the stones. You'll find yellow sand, calm azure water, and a wonderful beach that feels like your own. The port for the ferry to Zakynthos Island is also just a two-minute walk away, in a very quiet area. We'll definitely be back next year. Thanks Chelmi family for everything, we had such a great time!
