Blue Water Resort

At blue water resort, Anastasia was so kind and respectful, and always listened to what we had to say. The management was good too. Our experience at Ninos was very different: they were rude and disrespectful, and the cleaning was sloppy. We found plenty of dirt in crevices the cleaner had missed, and most of the time they didn’t even change the sheets 🙄

The staff are the reason I’m giving this five stars. Anastasia and Theodore at the local bar were always friendly and smiling, gave us great service, and had excellent tips on what to see in Lefkada and Parga. When we had a few problems during the holiday, the staff handled them professionally and with a smile. The hotel is part of Ninos hotel resort, with newer rooms, and it’s about 200 m from the beach. The location is handy for trips: Lefkada, Parga, Nekronomeion, and the Acheron river are all within an hour by car. It’s not so good for shopping or going out, though. There aren’t supermarkets, shops, a town center, or restaurants nearby, and there’s almost nothing to do in the evening. The food was middling, often the same sort of thing, but not bad. The sweets were tasty. Dinner had just one soup, and it was mostly thin broth with few ingredients. The hotel coffee was a tragedy, so I bought one from Medos bar for 3.5€. The pool closing at 6 pm was much too early. For the price and quality, it’s solid. I’d give it 7/10, but the staff earn five stars from me.

My family and I enjoyed every day here. It was a good experience for us, and Anastasia was always kind. She was our favorite staff member ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel at the end of August, and the beach was wonderful. Everyone at the resort was really helpful and nice. Anastasia at the pool bar especially stood out for being so kind and willing to help.
