The couple running the place were so kind and ready to help whenever we needed something. They didn't speak English, but we still managed to ask for help. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was just the right size. We had a lovely stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The bathroom was awful, with plumbing that dripped noisily the whole time, and the room felt cramped and uncomfortable, nothing like the cosy place described. In five days, our room was never cleaned. They said they'd come by once, but we were on the balcony and they didn't even leave us fresh towels. Attention, danger. Basilis Kontogiannis brings shame to Greek hospitality and the country.

The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful and great to deal with. Just be aware it's near a major road, so there's quite a bit of noise during the day.
