The setting is peaceful but still close to lovely beaches, good tavernas, and small supermarkets. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking in the sea view, especially during sunset evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine. The house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed. It felt like home straight away, only better. We were welcomed warmly and got great insider tips for hidden coves and authentic restaurants that aren’t in guidebooks. You can tell the place is run with real passion. We were incredibly lucky to stay here in Crete. It exceeded our expectations, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. A true oasis of tranquility and an absolute insider tip. We can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

The view from Villa Mandana was so spectacular that we could have sat and gazed at it all day. Morning coffee and sunset wine both felt magical there, and the location brought instant relaxation. The house itself is high quality, spotless, and cozy, with thoughtful details and architecture that blends modern luxury with a homely feel. We felt at home as soon as we came in. This was more than a vacation, it was a sensory experience. The calm, the house’s look, and the whole atmosphere made it unforgettable. We left with heavy hearts and will definitely return. The quiet setting made it easy to relax, with no noise or bustle, and the atmosphere felt special. The house was spacious, spotless, and gave us plenty of room to unwind.
