This felt like a real find after I'd compared a lot of places. The price was reasonable, and I'd pick it again. It's in a quiet, apparently residential area, with plenty nearby and lots of businesses on Leof. Chatzikiriakou. The port is about a five-minute drive, and the Marina is a 15-minute walk. I felt safe because you need a key card to enter the building. The room was clean, had a balcony and central air, and came with a private bathroom, mini fridge, small sink and range, microwave, and coffee maker. A booklet with a QR code explains how to use the appliances. The listing clearly distinguishes single and double bed rooms. There’s a rooftop sitting area, a weight room, and laundry on site. Since you can't flush toilet tissue in Athens, there was a small bathroom bin and a larger one in the hallway. Check-in was easy. Someone is available in the lobby from 10:00 to 17:00, and there's a WhatsApp number if you need to get in touch. Your keys are in a room lockbox when you arrive, and you use the same box to return them at checkout. I gave the staff some feedback about booking notices, and they received it well. I didn't get a notification email, but the WhatsApp contact was available. I recommend the place and would stay again.

We had such a good stay and only wished we could've stayed longer. The host was one of the kindest, most genuine people we've met. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot showers were just right, and we got our best night's sleep here. The rooms were beautiful and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful extras like complimentary drinks, an extra toothbrush, and a shaving kit. We also got to do laundry, and detergent was provided. Every detail seemed considered. Highly recommended, and thank you again!

The vibe here is so cozy, and I love the atmosphere. The building itself is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop garden and another garden on the first floor. The lounge is super cozy too. The rooms are amazing, and Deppy is so kind, loving, and helpful. Love her! 😍

The staff were super friendly, and the place was clean, modern, and comfortable. A great location if you're heading to a cruise at the port. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and will be back!

We could get to the main area easily on foot for a late dinner, and the ferry gate was about a 15-minute walk away. The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and just right for an overnight stop. Getting in with the lockbox was straightforward. Highly recommend it.
