The staff were welcoming and the room was clean and cozy. I had a really pleasant stay, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I'd definitely come back again 🫶🏽❤️

Our ferry was delayed, and they let us use a nice, clean room from 7am until 3pm for 75 eur. It was on the 5th floor and had a balcony, which was really good. They also kept our luggage during the day. Friendly service, couldn't ask for more.

I spent two nights here with a holiday group. The rooms and bathrooms were really dirty, and I saw cockroaches too. Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary. Honestly, sleeping on the street might have been more hygienic. A zero star hotel. My advice: stay away.

My room was really dirty and wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. There was no WiFi either. The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful with everything I needed, and the price was reasonable. Being next to the port was convenient, but I won't be back.

From the start, I couldn't tell if this was a hotel or some kind of storage facility. The room was dirty and very noisy, and I could hear the ferries unloading from bed. Then at 6:30 they started cleaning, making a lot of noise while guests were still asleep. Who cleans at that hour? Worst hotel experience of my life. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.
