There was no soap when I arrived, hardly any toilet paper, and no blanket for the bed. The towels were dirty and damaged, the kitchen was filthy and smelled awful, and everything seemed old and unclean. A total disaster, definitely not a nice place.

The owner said there was a problem with the lights in our room and offered a free upgrade for three of our four nights, but then the issue was suddenly fixed. That night the bed broke, and he basically wanted me to help repair it. The walls had mold, the floor was dirty, and the mattress was so bad I could feel the springs. Sleeping on the floor might have been better if it had been clean. After three days, when the room was supposed to be cleaned, they only rearranged the sheet. They also left the window open, so anyone could have taken our things. The toilet couldn't flush after a number two. The owner tried to seem nice, but it didn't feel sincere. Worst experience ever. Don't go there!

I arrived with my two-year-old son and had to wait an hour for the receptionist. The toilet was blocked, and I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. During my six days there, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels and bed linen weren't changed, and the kitchen didn't work properly. In the morning, staff cleaned while shouting. I told them I was sleeping and wanted to relax. A very bad experience.

The view was beautiful and the property itself wasn't too bad, but the owner seemed careless about safety. I understand businesses may be struggling after the pandemic and unable to afford major repairs, but basic precautions should still be in place. Wires like these ought to be boxed in, and that would cost €10 at most. Why risk people's lives?
