The sea was warm and pleasant, and there was a shaded guest area with a view of the beach, just across a small sidewalk. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The nearby tavernas and shops catered to tourists, but their prices didn't feel inflated. Restaurants and a convenience store for basics are close by. The front desk isn't staffed around the clock, roughly 9 to 5, but they responded quickly to calls and emails and were especially kind and helpful to us as English-only travelers. I couldn't recommend this resort more for a holiday.

The view from the suites was amazing, and the setting is hard to beat: right by the beach, tavernas and a minimarket, with the bus stopping at the door. Our two rooms weren't separated by a door, though both AC units worked well and the wifi was good. The layout of the shower and toilet was odd, with the route to the toilet going through the shower. I also missed having a proper closet, somewhere to dry swimwear and towels, and more than one or two cleanings. The free, spacious parking was appreciated.

We stayed in a first-floor unit with a view at the start of our island holiday and were very happy with the facilities. Guests have a private sunbathing area with loungers and chairs facing the sea. There's also a great local restaurant next door, with excellent food and wine at really good value. The parking gate opens very, very slowly. This was one of our top picks on Paros, and we hope to return!

We had such a wonderful stay, and the rooms were beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach. We'd definitely come back.

The place is a hotel now, not a cafe. We had good and bad parts to our stay, but at 220 euro per night it wasn't worth the price. The housekeeping and maintenance were poor, there was an extra charge for changing towels, and the stay wasn't comfortable. The location was a plus, about a 10-minute walk from piso livadi, with a cafe and the beach next door. The owner was nice and suggested restaurants, and the bed was comfortable. But the floor felt dirty even when we first arrived, and a large millipede ran across the room the first night. Neither the sink nor shower drained properly, so after showering we were standing in water almost ankle deep. For our three-night stay, each guest got one small hand towel, one bath towel and one beach towel. New or extra towels cost 10 euro, which I've never encountered at any other place I've stayed. Reception closed at 17:30, and nobody answered messages until the next morning, leaving us on our own after that. That's the earliest closing time I've had at accommodation in Greece. On two of our three mornings, someone came into our room without knocking. It would have been better if they had called or checked whether we were still inside first. There were no tissues, hairdryer or safe. On the second day, housekeeping didn't make up the room. Someone only knocked to ask if we had any trash, then left. Even when they did service the room, they just took out the rubbish and made the bed, without cleaning the floors. With more care, maintenance and better housekeeping, this place could be really good. The cleanliness wasn't up to standard. We've stayed in Greece many times and had much better experiences for far less than the average $220 euro a night.
