Nicos made us feel so welcome and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a little kitchenette, fridge, French press, bowls and plates. The balcony had a stunning sea view, which was such a treat with our morning coffee. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, and the bus to Golden Beach runs often and efficiently. We'd highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back ourselves.

Nicos and his family are lovely people, and their hospitality was the best. The grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are simple but lovely, with everything you need. It's quiet and peaceful despite being 50m from the beach and restaurants, and just a five-minute drive from the beautiful Marpissa village. I absolutely loved my stay and would come back next time.

The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us useful information. He even went out of his way to provide bug spray for the mosquitoes. A great place to stay, highly recommend!

I loved staying here. The host was incredibly kind and sweet, and the room was just right for a beach rental: simple, with everything you need and a huge outdoor patio. I'll definitely be back.
