From just outside the studios, before the little church, a narrow stairway leads down in a few steps to a beautiful tiny beach, almost like a bit of paradise. The studios have an impressive sea view facing Naxos and are very close to the Piso Livadi marina. There you'll find cozy taverns, bars, restaurants and shops, making it an easy place to stroll and unwind in the evening or at night. The owner, Ms Nina, is such a kind and lovely person. You'll enjoy meeting her!

It's a quiet, clean place with friendly staff who are always ready to help, and the view is breathtaking. There are several nearby beaches, restaurants with great food and a lovely little bay. A good choice for couples or families. Looking forward to visiting again!

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, nicely decorated and had all the comforts you could want. From the balcony, the view over the sea, village and Naxos is extraordinary. The marina and its very good tavernas are a five-minute walk away.

Nina gave us a warm welcome and was really kind. Our rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was great, close to the beach, port and all the restaurants. We had a very good time there.
