We were very happy in this clean, fully renovated apartment and would definitely return. It’s been kept in great shape, has a fully equipped kitchen, and every bedroom has air conditioning. There are flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room, with lots of channels from around the world. The balcony has a wonderful sea view, and the service was very good. The location is excellent: a good family-run local restaurant is just 20 metres away, with the local square, more restaurants, and two supermarkets 50-100 metres away. The beach, with plenty of restaurants, is a 10-minute walk. I’d especially recommend it to families who enjoy cooking at home and want a fully equipped apartment.

We spent a week here and had no complaints. The apartment was nice and the host friendly. There’s a supermarket and taverns nearby. The sandy beach takes 10-15 minutes to reach, with a fairly steep walk, so expect a bit of exercise. That didn’t bother us.

We had a lovely time having coffee or a drink on the balconies, with that wonderful view. From anywhere inside the house you can see the White Mountains or Souda bay, which is so relaxing. These apartments have everything you’d want for a summer holiday with family or friends. Would I recommend Demeliza Apartments to friends? YES.

I'm a neighbor and stopped by to see the apartments after their renovation, since friends coming for the summer had asked me to look around the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The apartments are welcoming, spacious, bright, tidy, and modern, with fantastic sea views and a great location. Excellent work. Congrats to the owners! I’ll definitely suggest Demeliza Apts to my friends.

Our week went by far too quickly. This lovely family-run place is a real gem in Plaka, with rooms that are clean and fresh. It was the best stay we’ve ever had in Crete, and we’ll definitely come back.
