The host was friendly, the rooms were clean, and we had everything we needed for a good vacation. The beach was five minutes away. Nice place.

A clean, good place to stay in Naxos, close to Plaka beach. The internet was quite slow and not very stable.

For the price, we got a super-large, clean room with everything well equipped. The service was extremely friendly, and the hosts even drove us to the bus stop when we left and gave us a small gift. The nearest bus stop is about 20 minutes away on foot, so it's manageable without a scooter or car. We highly recommend this place.

The hostess was kind and welcoming, and cleaned the rooms every day as she should. The room is only a four-minute walk from the sea, and it's a quiet place with convenient parking inside the accommodation. There's also an oven 300 meters away. I highly recommend it for families with small children, since there's a grassy area where they can run and play.

We spent a week at Mateus 2 in August 2025 and had a lovely stay. The courtyard was beautifully kept, and the room was spotless in a lovely space near the sea. Mrs. Evangelia, the owner, was always kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. We had a really nice, restful time and would love to return. Thank you very much, Mrs. Evangelia.
