The balcony has a fantastic sunrise, and the evening shade and breeze keep the place cool. In July, the nearby beachfront was clean and not too crowded, with nice taverns, restaurants, and a small grocery store. The villa is easy to reach on a paved road, with private shaded parking. It has a grill, good cutlery, plenty of pots and pans, a gas stove, an outdoor beach shower, two bathrooms with showers, a fireplace, a balcony, sunbeds, and seating for a big family and friends. The garden is full of flowers and well maintained, and the modern air conditioning works perfectly. The only trouble is having to check out eventually.

The garden was a nice surprise, but the property sits where two very noisy roads meet, much like the house itself. Cars and trucks were loud. The fixed parasol in the garden was in poor condition, and there was no TV or dishwasher. Cleaning on arrival was very superficial, and the toiletries were almost three years past their expiration date. The ground-floor bedroom had neither shutters nor soundproofing. This rental is seriously overpriced and does not deserve its rating at all.
