10/10
The beds were really comfortable, and the view and location were both great. I also appreciated having secure parking. Breakfast was good and had what we needed. Everything looked new and matched the photos. It was modern, clean and professionally run, and the price felt fair for what you get. I’d definitely stay again.

4/10
We expected a working boutique spa hotel, but none of the spa facilities were open while we were there. There was no sauna, treatment service or wellness area, so there was effectively no spa. The rooftop terraces were closed too, and the hotel seemed only partly operational. Despite that, guests are charged the full price while advertised amenities are unavailable. The concept seems promising, but as it currently operates, Diverso Boutique Hotel & Spa feels misleading compared with its online presentation. We were very disappointed. 2/5 stars.

The hotel is new, and breakfast was really nice. For the price, the quality is amazing. Amalia at reception deserves a mention too, she’s kind, incredibly helpful, and somehow seems to manage everything.
