The beds were low and quite hard, so anyone with a sore back or hips might feel it. But the room was clean, the staff kept it that way, and they were happy to bring extra towels or blankets. The AC and the stove, coffee maker and other utilities all worked well. We had a ground-floor terrace and were lucky to be near the sunbeds. There really weren't enough loungers, though, and you might not get one at all. The hotel itself felt more luxurious than we expected, with a calm, cozy feel and helpful staff. It’s near a little supermarket, restaurants and the beach, and the pool bar serves lunch like pizza and omelettes. Our trip home got off to a bad start when the TUI transfer didn't show. TUI gave us little feedback and told us to book a taxi. Reception was closed, but the pool bartender kindly called and arranged one for us. We were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the hotel.

It’s nice that the hotel sits a little back from the beach, yet the walk there is easy even in the heat of the day. The place is quiet, clean and well run, and we liked the area much more than Stalis.

We were in a peaceful alley, still within walking distance of Platanias centrum. Our room was lovely and very clean, and everyone on staff was friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Special thanks to our poolman Konstantinos for looking after us!

Even in high season it felt calm, and there were lots of sunbeds by the pool. We were really surprised by how good the hotel was. I can highly recommend it.
