The beach is very close, with lots of good restaurants and markets nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, and would happily return. The landlady was very friendly and helpful.

We felt looked after from the start. Aristea welcomed us, showed us around the villa, and had a lovely selection of complimentary food, drinks and snacks ready for day one. The property was spotlessly clean and excellent quality. Communication with the host before and throughout our visit was a joy. She arranged several taxi journeys for us and gave advice on local highlights. The villa and pool were meticulously cleaned every few days, with Aristea checking the times with us first so there was no disruption. The beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. We ABSOLUTELY recommend booking with Aristea. Thanks so much for making our holiday even more special!

Our family of six adults had a wonderful holiday here and made lovely memories. Aristea gave us a warm welcome. The villa is beautifully furnished, quiet, and well equipped: a full kitchen, washing machine and ironing board, three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, large closets and private bathrooms with toilets. The bedrooms are well insulated and quiet, with air conditioning, and the living room has air conditioning too. There's a lovely pool with comfortable sunbeds and plenty of beach towels. Upstairs, we enjoyed the large balcony with lounge chairs and sofas. Downstairs, there's a covered area with a big table. It's about 100 meters to the space between Platanias and Agia Mariana, and the beach is around 200 meters away. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars are just around the corner in either direction. Chania is nearby, and the bus stop is a five-minute walk away. The location also makes it easy to book excursions, including the Samaria Gorge, Balos Beach and diving. Our children made good use of those opportunities. There are charming villages and stunning views upstairs. In short, it's a great place for a balanced holiday. Highly recommended. The only downside is having to go home sometime. Thank you, Aristea.
