Our children were given so much attention throughout the stay, and the team went out of their way to keep them comfortable and happy. As parents, that meant a lot. We also appreciated the quiet, welcoming property, away from the city center's chaos. Coming back each day felt like returning to a sanctuary, and we loved spending calm evenings on our private veranda. The rooms were stylish but still warm and inviting. The care started well before we arrived. About a month before our vacation at Charisma, the manager handling the online chat got in touch after we booked with quotes, reservations, and useful suggestions. We felt supported from then on, including at the airport when we arrived. Our flight home was late in the evening, but on departure day the staff offered a complimentary late check-out and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. They even arranged to accompany us at the right time for our departure. We’re grateful to the whole team for their professionalism, kindness, and care, especially the manager who coordinated everything so well. They made the holiday unforgettable.

It was my first time in Mykonos, but after booking Charisma a few months ahead, I already felt prepared before I arrived. The whole team was lovely and attentive, and the hotel is even better than the photos. The service was excellent. Thanks to everyone who made this trip unforgettable. I’m excited to come back next year 🙌🏼

At Charisma, we loved the outdoor gym, the great breakfast, and the clean rooms. The staff were friendly too. We had an amazing stay, and they made our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend the hotel!

The staff at Charisma were so kind and courteous, and clearly enjoy what they do. They answered all our questions quickly on WhatsApp, even months before we arrived, and could help arrange anything we needed. I also hadn’t expected the complimentary transfers to and from the hotel for arrival and departure. We felt very well looked after and would stay again. It feels like a five-star hotel. I think its four-star rating is because there’s no one at the front desk between midnight and early morning, though with the care we got, an overnight receptionist didn’t feel necessary.

A peaceful pool area and a quiet location that’s still close to everything made this a great romantic getaway. Our spacious room was beautifully designed and had stunning views. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality dishes served from a menu. The all-day food and drinks were just as impressive. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. Everything about our stay as a couple felt perfect. We can’t wait to come back! 💙🇬🇷
