We came back for a second visit and had another unforgettable time. Suzana was friendly and really helpful. The place is clean and has everything needed to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and eating by the private pool. The pool was spotless and amazing. It’s well placed for visiting Vathiavali and Paleros, and we’ll come again.

I had several disputes with management during my seven-night stay, and communication was very difficult. Some replies took more than 24 hours. On departure day, nobody came to meet me or take the key, yet a few days later I got an email urging me to leave a positive online review. The room was unacceptably dirty. There were spiders, dead insects on the walls and toilet, lint on the floor, yellowed sheets, and towels stained with what might have been blood or rust. Cleaning during the stay was basically nonexistent unless I asked, and even then it was only superficial. The fridge was so noisy it kept me from sleeping. Unplugging it was the only fix, but that risked letting food spoil. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. Make this place your last choice.
