The terrace and location were good, and the AC worked fine. The rest of the room was a letdown: it looked nothing like the photos, the sofa was broken, the kitchen was very poor, the TV didn't work, and there was no mosquito screen on the window. Water pressure at both the shower and sink was really low. The toilet flush broke, so we had to use a mop bucket. I wouldn't recommend it. After seeing my review, the owner came in person and asked, “Don’t you have another job than leaving reviews?”

The studios were very small for three people, and most balconies faced the garden courtyard. Only four had a sea or partial sea view. Despite the name Luxury, there was nothing luxurious about them. The kitchenette had one small burner, a few dishes, and no kettle. The toilet and shower shared a room; hot water was always available, and there was a hairdryer. Sheets were changed every three days and towels every two, but there was no room cleaning, including the floors or toilet, so I cleaned those myself. The location is right on the beach, which is great, but beach space was hard to find. Two sunbeds cost 20-40€ at Polychrono beach, with nothing included. There’s a free beach directly in front where you had to buy drinks, yet even when I got up at 7:20 there were no loungers left. Nearby public beaches were crowded too. The only larger one with space was farther left, near the first car park.

Our hosts were warm and helpful when we ran into problems, including trouble with our car. They also suggested some amazing beaches and other places to visit. The apartment itself was new, clean, and really nice, with a great beach view. Shops and restaurants were close by.

We spent 12 wonderful days here. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and matched the pictures. The staff were friendly, especially the front office manager. Shops, markets, and restaurants were nearby, and the location came with a perfect view. I recommend it to all my friends.
