Summer Dream Hotel

The pool was tiny, and the water smelled wrong, like it might permanently damage my skin. The bathroom had a persistent horror-movie smell too, and felt old and neglected. Nothing seemed updated, more like it hadn’t been renovated since color TV was invented. The WiFi was awful. There was no parking at all, and the rooms were microscopic. The beds felt like fossilized torture platforms, worse than floors, car seats, or airport benches. The smell in the room was legendary in the worst way, like damp socks shut in a gym bag for ten years, and it beat every open window and air freshener. The food was indescribably bad. Even stray animals wouldn’t touch it, and I respected their standards. When we tried to give harmless food to baby stray cats, a staff member reacted as if we’d committed an international crime. The hostility was unreal. Staff also stared at us from the moment we arrived, as if we had suspicious intentions just for being there. If you have anxiety, it’s a nightmare. This stay left a permanent mark on my soul, and not a good one. I’m sharing this in case it saves even one person from the place. For your sanity, vacation, and nose, go somewhere else.
