Apollon Rooms

Loved this property. The host family were friendly and really helpful, and the room was very comfortable. There’s a great pool and a seaside terrace. In the morning they put out free coffee and cookies on the terrace.

After days of exploring Milos and spending plenty of time at the beaches, it was nice to return to a peaceful place. The rooms are comfortable, with a beautiful setting and sea view. Pollonia is an easy walk away, and parking is easy too.

Nikos gave us great suggestions for places to see on Milos, including some hidden spots. The hotel is run by a local family and has been for over 20 years. It sits by the sea at a charming private harbour, and we knew from our first visit we’d want to return. There’s a pool tucked between the buildings, a tiny beach that’s just right, and places to relax, work, eat or have coffee with a wonderful sea view. The bar has refreshments too. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and cozily decorated, with plants and flowers throughout. Thank you, and see you next time!

The best part for me was the private beach and bar overlooking the sea, where we could swim and sunbathe on our own. Apollon rooms is family run, and the welcome was so friendly that we felt more like friends in their home than paying guests. They have everything you need for a holiday in Milos, even sunscreen, flippers, and snorkel gear. The main restaurants are about a five-minute walk away. There’s no breakfast, but you can make coffee and tea, and the bakery is nearby. I can’t recommend it enough.
