Nefeli Sunset Studios

It never felt crowded, and there were always sun loungers available. We also loved the beautiful sunsets, the snorkelling right out front, and the easy walk into Pollonia for dinner or groceries. The owners and staff were so kind and helpful, and breakfast had a wonderful selection. The cleaners were incredible. Every day we came back to a lovely room with a fresh scent. It’s a fabulous, well-run place, and I’d definitely return.

Waking to the sound of the waves and having a glass of wine on our private terrace in the evening felt like pure magic. The studio was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It’s right by the sea, with beautiful sunset views every night. The staff were warm and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their thoughtful hospitality made the stay even more special. We loved every second at Nefeli Sunset Studios and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Nefeli Sunset Studio Team!

Roula and Makis were wonderful hosts, always available if we needed help. They arranged our airport pickup and sent the staff in to freshen our room while we were out enjoying the sun. We can’t ask for more, and will absolutely return when we’re back in Milos. Nefeli felt peaceful and spacious. It sits on a quiet corner with a lovely sea view, yet town is an easy six-minute walk away. There’s room to spread out in the sun or shade, and we had a relaxing wait for our room after arriving early. After a week in Crete, Meteora, and several days in Athens with our kids, who then flew home, we’d come to Milos for a rest and knew we’d picked the right place. Room #3 was lovely, with classic Cycladic decor, lots of storage, a well-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bathroom with the best shower, an overhead fan, and AC that actually cools. We enjoyed wine and Greek treats from a nearby market on the patio one evening. A bottle of white wine is included, and there’s also a wine collection you can buy from. We were surprised how few people used the sun beds, and had a hard time pulling ourselves away to see the many sights around Milos. Breakfast was lovely, and you can eat in the breakfast area or take the tray to your room or anywhere on the patio. There’s private parking if you rent a car.

The view, honestly, the view. Our rooms were clean and simple, a little bare, but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is included, and it was extraordinary. We tried everything on the menu. Nefeli sunset was the perfect base for our honeymoon, and I’ve never felt so peaceful as I did there. You must stay here. It was one of the best parts of our trip by far.
